Real estate agent wins top award

BAYLEYS real estate Eastern Bay residential and lifestyle agent Sneha Gray has won a Real Estate Institute of New Zealand excellence award.
She won best multi-media campaign of the year in the multi-media category.
Bayleys won 10 awards at the event, held in Auckland on Sunday night.
Ms Gray said she was pleased that work completed in the Eastern Bay had been recognised nationally.
“Using strategic integrated marketing techniques we’ve quietly showcased our region and our clients’ properties locally, nationally and worldwide, thereby providing our clients with optimum results within a reasonable timeframe.
“To be acknowledged nationally for this work is fantastic,” Ms Gray said.
Bayley Corporation managing director Mike Bayley said the prestigious national awards represented the highest industry standards.
